致2023届毕业生:
You are a small but mighty group that did a remarkable job of leading our School this past year. You have made 圣爱德华’s a better place, and we are forever grateful.
My first piece of advice is to live your life to the fullest and do it the right way, 让别人的生活更美好. We all have an unbelievable opportunity, 每一天, to spend our days making a positive impact on our world.
My second piece of advice has to do with regrets. What I regret most in my life are failures of kindness.
My third piece of advice: stop worrying about what others think of you. While you are worrying about what others are thinking of you, they are worrying about what others are thinking of them.
Four: A person who is nice to you, but is mean to the waiter, is not a nice person.
Five: Stay true to yourself and your beliefs. 从来没有动摇.
Six: Don’t worry about your first job out of college; it is the experience you will gain from that job that will help you. 当然, if it is something cool like becoming a spy, 电影明星, 或是《十大网上博网手机注册》的主持人, you will definitely be the center of attention at your 30th 圣爱德华’s reunion!
Seven: Handwritten thank you notes are greater than emails. The current communication methods are efficient and effective, but old-school ones show that you care enough to do a little extra.
